How to Stop the Negative Self-Talk

These three tips that I share in today’s episode are meant to help you feel a sense of relief with your emotions. Nothing about emotion is wrong, but it is very important to acknowledge how we feel instead of avoiding them. When we do this, we can take a step back to respond in a healthy way for us and those around us. Your emotions do not define who you are as a person, and you can become a neutral observer without judgment. 

 Removing negative self-talk is a process and doesn’t happen overnight, but these tools could be a great step toward the life you actually desire.
