The BIG lie

In today’s episode, I talk about how the BIG lie that we are all sold on - that life has to be a struggle.  The reality is that what we focus on actually expands and manifests in our life. If we focus on the struggles, ultimately, our mind and body will always be filled with thoughts that cause anxiety and overwhelm. But if we decide to accept a different narrative, that life can be good and can flow (despite the struggles) we will see more flow in our life. We can actually do things throughout our day to help bring us back to that calm state we are always seeking. I share with you some examples of how you can incorporate some techniques to create this shift in your life.
