How to Shift Your Perspective When Feeling Uncomfortable

We hate it when we go through difficult times and don’t feel like ourselves. It is so easy to let the mind take control of our thoughts. We wonder why something is happening to us and can’t figure out why we attracted it. In this episode, I share a situation that happened to my family and me while on vacation and how I shifted my perspective and went from feeling sadness and anger to feeling grateful and joyous unlocking pain into expansive pleasure.
