Grieving, Miscarriage, and Connecting with Loved Ones

Feeling the emotions of sadness and grief are a part of life, but if we are willing to face those uncomfortable and sometimes very painful emotions, there really is beauty on the other side. In this solo episode, I share my experiences around the recent loss of my grandmother and the loss of my baby at 13 weeks in 2020.

I talk about the four things that I found to be very helpful going through the grieving and healing process. Give yourself the space to cry and allow yourself to feel those moments of joy.

I share my views on the two perspectives of life and death. I believe we do have the ability to connect with our loved ones after they pass.

I hope you enjoy this episode, and it is just a reminder that you aren’t alone in any of your feelings of the grieving process.
