As magical as the holiday season is… stress always seems to come along with this time of year. As much as we wish it weren’t this way, it’s almost inevitable. One reason the holiday season can be so stressful is due to an overwhelming to-do list that goes over and beyond your regular to-do list. Another reason it can be a stressful time is because our minds are racing with a million thoughts. We often feel pulled in every direction… leaving us unable to be in the present moment. Then of course, everyone around you is asking you to come to every holiday event under the sun!
